What's Upper!! It's March and school's been in session for 80 tapes now. Time for a progress report. Ladies and gentleman we bring to you Mixtape #81, The Hyphy - Ghetto Report Card Edition, Featuring E-40 and starring KMEL's Big Von and Scotty Fox. That's right, the Hyphy invasion is here. He was definitely one of hip-hop's most talented producers and one of the key musicians who innovated the sound of the neo-soul movement. DJ Excel is back with an amazing set featuring some of J Dilla's most memorable tracks. Also don't forget to peep the bonus track from Dave Chappelle's Block Party movie featuring The Roots, Big Daddy Kane & Kool G. Rap. Dave Chappelle's Block Party is in theaters March 3rd and trust us you want to see this film!
