Receptionist Position

Receptionist – New York We are a stable, growing, privately held public relations agency with offices throughout the United States and a growing global presence. We are looking for a Receptionist for our New York office.Responsibilities include answering phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals, greeting visitors, maintaining lobby area, maintaining library, sorting and distributing mail, keeping inventory and ordering supplies, assisting with overnight and messenger deliveries, booking conference rooms, setting up staff and client meetings, updating and distributing phone list, and assisting Office Manager with facilities issues.The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year office and/or reception experience in a fast-paced environment and Microsoft Office skills.
